01. Principle of toe sliding sleeve technology
The toe end sliding sleeve is a technology applied to the bottom of oil and gas well casing as the first section solution. By calculating parameters such as surface pump pressure, wellhead pressure, and static column pressure, the opening pressure of the rupture disk is accurately set to activate the sliding sleeve and establish the connection between the wellbore and the formation. At the same time, according to on-site requirements, a delayed start function can be designed. After the rupture disk is pressurized on the ground, the liquid enters the delayed pressure chamber and reacts with the soluble delay device. The delay device completes the reaction at the predetermined time, and the liquid enters between the fixed core sliding sleeve and the outer shell of the sliding sleeve to push the inner sliding sleeve pin to shear and open the sliding sleeve. After the sliding sleeve is opened, the first stage of fracturing construction and subsequent normal pumping bridge plug perforation joint construction can be carried out. This "toe end sliding sleeve" has obvious advantages in application for large displacement horizontal wells, wells with upward trajectory in the horizontal section, and ultra long horizontal wells.

So far, 299 sets of delayed toe end sliding sleeves have been successfully verified in 169 wells, with a success rate of 100%. This has made outstanding contributions to saving construction costs, accelerating fracturing construction efficiency, and shortening production and construction cycles for various oil and gas fields in China.
